A music manager friend of mine says, "The internet has completely 'remade' the music business. cds will be gone in a few years, and it will 'all' be internet. The people running the majors are 'idiots'. I've been saying that for the last 20 years..... maybe 30 years. These people are no longer 'music' people, they're all attorneys."
